Georgia Homeschool Day at the Capitol 2024

GHEA mobilizes the Georgia homeschool community to visit the Georgia Capitol in Atlanta during the legislative session for a full day of fun and educational activities.

Homeschool families are encouraged to meet with their legislators to thank them and their staff for the important work they do. GHEA provides educational activities such as classes, tours, speakers, and more.

Join us for our inaugural FLH Homeschool Conference! Our keynote speaker is Kim Murphy, who homeschooled three now-grown children here in New York State. Workshops cover topics to do with new homeschooling, overcoming barriers to homeschooling, and stretching your homeschooling into new territories. There is something for everyone, from the person still weighing the pros and cons to the person who has been at it for awhile! Come at 8:30 to browse and interact with vendors from the area. This will give you opportunities to explore new ways to incorporate your community in your homeschool!

2024 MassHOPE Christian Homeschool and Parenting Convention

The theme of MassHOPE’s 34th annual Christian Homeschool and Parenting convention is "Anchored in Hope." Our speakers include Jim Mason (new president of HSLDA), as well as Lamplighter's Mark Hamby, and others including Rand Hummel and first time visitors to MassHOPE - Tauna Meyer and Nancy Manos, classical speakers, teen track, an exciting and fun children's program, a CPR certification program, science activities for kids, and more!
